“It’s literally like being in a five-star hotel,” said listing agent Inga Butbul of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “Everything is very grand.”
According to her, the house, which is being sold furnished, was built on three combined plots, with one of the plots completely reserved for resort-type amenities.

The fully automated smart home on Ocean Boulevard was designed by Italian designers Laura Covarino, Lorena Migliorati and Mauro Angelini in collaboration with builder and architect Daniel Sorogon. It has been furnished by leading brands including Bentley, Fendi, Trussardi and Minotti.
You enter the home through a 10-foot pivoting door that leads into a large open-plan room with 28-foot ceilings, double-height glass walls and a spectacular 90-light chandelier.
Another glass wall behind the marble-lined bar in the grand hall faces the car dealership, Ms Butbul said. “The owner can use their collectible cars as works of art.”
Ceilings in the rest of the house are 11 to 12 feet. Other features include white and gray marble floors, Lutron smart home technology, hurricane-resistant glass doors and windows, power metal security gates, and custom-made lighting fixtures.

The mile-long, upscale city of Golden Beach sits on a barrier island that separates the Coastal Waterway from the Atlantic Ocean in the northeast corner of Dade County. It’s four blocks from east to west.
“It’s really an exclusive city that only has single-family homes,” Ms Butbul said. “This is the only private beach in South Florida.”
It’s about a 20-minute drive to Miami Beach, 10 minutes to Bal Harbor stores, and five minutes to Aventura, she says.
