A home in Evansville, Indiana, was badly damaged by a large tree during severe weather that swept through the area on Friday morning.
It happened in a house near the intersection of Powell Avenue and Garvin Street.
Our 44News team at the scene could see where a large tree had crashed into the house, hitting the corner. Another house in the neighborhood was also damaged by a fallen tree.
Two people were inside the house when the tree fell, but no injuries were reported.
At the height of the storm, CenterPoint Energy reported that nearly 19,000 customers were without power.
