Located in Harlem, NY 10037 and Auburn, NY 10321.
HOURS PER WEEK: exempt
Regular business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Suitable for hybrid remote work schedule
Design, build, test and implement forms with Netsmart myEvolv
Support for the transition from analog documentation methods to the EHR system, including modification or creation of new processes and workflows.
Work with team members and management to identify program needs and system capabilities in order to create and build functional and efficient systems.
Troubleshooting and providing technical support for EHR issues
Assistance with maintaining and updating the EHR system
Working with IT teams and management to define organizational goals
Facilitate meetings and focus groups to gather information about program needs
Study feedback loops from end users to evaluate their user experience.
Communicate information effectively to team members and senior management
Experience and skills:
Associate Degree in Information Systems or Human Services
Experience with EHR or EMR preferred
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to collect, organize and communicate important information
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
Ability to accept constructive feedback as a method of improvement
Excellent organizational skills
